In 2010 I did a series of interviews on blogtalkradio (www.blogtalkradio/genebasler) on anarchy,environmentalism and war. I was just starting out,and wasn’t sure whether to focus on the government’s impact on the environment,including warfare (only governments wage wars) or whether I should focus on anarcho-environmentalism. In the end I discussed both topics.
I stopped doing the interviews because I became frustrated with the audio quality. Pure and simple. Then I got busy with work,and began to focus on blogging about trees with my other blog:www.wideworldoftrees.com.
Lately I have had the interviews transcribed with the help of both odesk contractors and volunteers in support of the message I’m trying to send. I’m in the process of cleaning up the transcriptions and making it available in e-book format.
In addition to the big names that I interviewed,like Walter Block,Stephan Kinsella,Gary Chartier,Andrew Gavin Marshall and Brad Spangler,I think the index may be one of the biggest selling points of the book. There are just so many terms,concepts,people,books and articles mentioned in the interviews that I consider it to be one of the best parts of the e-book!
